For those of us who took EDU662 on assessment and evaluation, we would certainly agree with the quote from English Professor Shelbie Witte, a former classroom teacher, on standardized tests -- "they limit material teachers can cover. "
She also mentions, and I quote: "The curriculum is just void of critical thinking, creative thinking."
She concludes by stating that boredom in the classroom leads to the thinking that the class is not challenging enough; hence, the label of "too easy!"
