This is indeed a very interesting take on the Flipping Classroom topic we have been reading so much about lately.
The words that resonate the most to me are: Learners -Learn at home -Apply in class Teachers -no longer stand in front of the class -walk around and monitor
In other words, the educator faciliates the learning of the self-directed learners.
Thanks for sharing Gib and great thoughts Rita. It seems like such a simple concept, yet when we get in the midst of planning sometimes it's very hard to make everyday activities student self-directed. Something to strive for.
